Request for a Payment Plan

If you are experiencing financial hardship, you can request to enter into a payment plan with your Owners Corporation.

Please be aware that a payment plan is for the levies you owe, and not future strata levies. The goal of a payment plan is to give you time to pay back the strata levies you owe in instalments, but please be advised that you must also continue to pay your future levies on time.

A payment plan requires approval by the Owners Corporation, and the duration of the plan can not exceed 12 months.
